Unfortunately we were scammed by a local builder on the two story extension we were having built. The project was left with work that had not met building control standards, the house was left in an unsafe condition and the builder had done a runner with a considerable amount of money. TJC Building & Groundworks Ltd came to assess the damage that had been done by the previous builder and despite the project being in a complete mess, we were professionally advised of the most cost effective solution to rectify the work to date and continue the build. TJC Building & Groundworks Ltd were prepared to take on a project that others did not want to get involved with. Budget was now a huge factor in the project, after being scammed by the previous builder. From day one it was evident that this was being continuously considered by TJC Building & Groundworks Ltd and we were advised throughout the project of various solutions that would be cost effective, but still give the quality finish we were aiming for. The workmanship and work ethic of TJC Building & Groundworks Ltd is of the highest quality and standards and it is clear to see that pride in work is taken at every point. We are extremely happy with the work that has been done and have been left with the most fantastic extension! We will be forever grateful to TJC Building & Groundworks Ltd for all of the hard work and for helping us out of a terrible situation.
